HVAC Modifications
When it comes to ensuring a comfortable workspace, temperature control is key. With precise climate control, you can maintain a comfortable environment that keeps productivity high, no matter the weather outside.
We offer:
Through-Wall AC
These are the most common types of HVAC systems that we install. The best part is that it can be replaced with the same size units years or decades down the road, which you won’t get with a window AC unit.
Mini-Split AC
These are the most efficient AC systems on the market with a 21+ SEER rating. They may require a little more investment upfront, but their efficiency makes them a fantastic option.
Also, our units can be used for both heating and cooling, are wind and watertight, and are fully finished with the built out of the office space.
Commercial Wall HVAC
These units are often called Leach or Bard units and we install them in sizes ranging from 1.5 to 5 tons. These can also be used for heating and cooling, are wind and watertight, and are fully finished with the built out of the office.
Enhanced Ventilation
When it comes to keeping your mobile office comfortable, proper ventilation is key. We offer square and lateral vents designed to enhance airflow. Our square vents come in 12” by 12,” but custom sizes are available.
Our proprietary lateral vents are the most secure and efficient kind of vents that we offer. Our vents come in 20’ sections that can be broken up into any length.
Both options can be customized, ensuring a breathable and pleasant environment wherever your container is located.

Doors & Windows
When it comes to creating the perfect mobile office, the right doors and windows can make all the difference. From functional roll-up doors that enhance accessibility to custom windows that let natural light flood in, we offer a variety of options to match your vision.
All our windows are framed in 2” x 4” steel tubing or larger depending on the design, and we can add optional safety bars for additional security. Our windows come in standard 35” x 35,” but custom sizes are available.
Though shipping containers come with standard cargo doors on one end, we can add additional entry points, whether that is a steel personnel door, a roll-up door, or another option.
