#4. What Kinds of Lighting Modifications Are Offered?
From overheard lighting to exterior lighting options, we can configure the perfect lighting for your container office or storage area.
We offer:
Interior Lighting
Interior overhead lighting is the most common lighting modification that our customers ask for. We offer custom layouts and 4-foot LED lighting that gives off more natural light when compared to traditional fluorescent lights.
Porch & Flood Lights
An exterior porch or flood light is the perfect way to light up the area around the door of your container for enhanced safety and security. A customer favorite are porch lights with daylight sensors that turn the light on at dusk and off at dawn.
#5. What HVAC Options Are Available?
Climate control is essential in Florida, where temperatures inside your container can get quite hot. We offer several options to heat or cool your container depending on the container’s size.
Through-Wall AC
This is the most common type of cooling system that we install. We use through-wall air conditioning units instead of window units because we’ve found that window units can be hard to replace with the same size if they were to break.
Mini-Split AC
These are the most efficient AC systems on the market and often have 21+ SEER ratings. While they might be more expensive than through-wall units, their efficiency makes up for the additional cost over time.
Commercial Wall HVAC
These commercial-sized units are available in sizes ranging from 1.5 to 5 tons.
